Job description
The Corporate Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing partnerships with corporations, foundations, and socially responsible businesses. This role requires a mix of strategic planning, business development, and relationship management to secure sustainable funding and collaborative opportunities that align with Humo’s mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, cultivate, and secure new corporate partnerships that support Humo’s programs and campaigns.
- Manage and nurture existing corporate relationships, ensuring alignment with partner goals and long-term engagement.
- Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and partnership packages to attract and retain corporate support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design cause-marketing campaigns, employee engagement initiatives, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Track and report on partnership performance, including impact metrics, recognition, and deliverables.
- Stay updated on trends in corporate social responsibility (CSR) and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Represent Humo at corporate meetings, networking events, and conferences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate fundraising, partnerships, or business development.
- Strong network and understanding of CSR, philanthropy, and sponsorship landscapes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
- Passion for humanitarian and development work, with the ability to convey Humo’s mission effectively to partners.
